Frequently asked questions
How do I get my voucher? As soon as the payment is confirmed, your voucher appears on screen with a unique number (for example, VH-7K3P9Q). You can download it as a PDF or send it via WhatsApp. On the day, just show it on your phone.
Which payment methods do you accept? Pix, with instant approval, and credit card. Payment is always for the full amount of the booking and is processed by Pagar.me.
What if it rains or the sea is rough? If the tour is cancelled because of rain, bad weather or sea conditions, you choose between a full refund or a new date at no cost.
Can I cancel my booking? Yes. If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you get a full refund. Online purchases also have the 7-day withdrawal right set out in the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
Do you pick me up at my hotel? It depends on the tour. City tours and full days include hotel pick-up; boat tours leave from the pier. Each tour page says which, and we confirm everything on WhatsApp.
What time does the tour start? Right after your purchase we confirm the departure time and meeting point on WhatsApp, as they can change with the tide and the season.
Do children pay? On tours priced per person, children pay the same as adults unless the tour page says otherwise. For babies in arms, talk to us before booking.
I’m not Brazilian. Can I book? Of course. We speak English, Spanish and Portuguese. At checkout, enter your passport number. If you have any trouble with your card, message us on WhatsApp.
Which towns do you cover? Búzios, Cabo Frio and Arraial do Cabo, in the Lakes Region. We also run a Rio de Janeiro city tour departing from the region.
